Love the fact that you can access dumbbells heavier than 50kg Not too busy and enough machines so you’re not inconvenienced. Posing room is da bomb!
Good equipments and friendly staff. Just the music is a bit too loud to the point I can’t hear my music from my earphones when I’m at the free weights area.
Awesome gym💪 ... very well equipped, with high numbers and choice of equipment to hit muscles with variety ...has ample benches, and two racks of dumbbells, to ensure availability of workout stations. Great place for beginners through to advanced trainers, to hit all their fitness goals.
