Five star ratings do get thrown around but this one is justified.This is not the biggest gym and yes it hasn't got loads of equipment due to size .BUT it has great staff who actually interact with people and not ignore them ,it has great members .I have been training for 20 years now, everyone knows what they need to train and in many cases it's not a crazy amount of useless equipment but a reasonable amount quality equipment with a wonderful environment to train which is key to anyone starting and finishing a session in the best possible way . If you are looking for a gym where there is no drama and is welcoming,this gym is for you Thumbs up 👍 from the Aussie gooner world gym Gregory hills

Great gym with loads of the newest and most specialised equipment, as well as infrared sauna and classes. Also the cleanest gym I've ever had the pleasure of being a member at (this is the first gym I've been part of that actually DOESN'T have "the smell" - instead it actually smells as clean as it is!). After around 6 months at this gym, the quality has not wavered. I'm still shocked at the quality of the place, and the fact that it's so well-priced! My only critique would be that the gym doesn't have boxing/kickboxing heavy-bag/ banana bag/ any bag. My appreciation and thanks goes to the world gym team for making this place one of the best gyms I've been part of in nearly 15 years of training at gyms!
